Blessed

The Paper Mixing Bowl Challenge
(January)

Here is the challenge.

Blessed
Here is my take on it.
The only reason that I stuck to the sketch is I fell in love with it.
It was alot of fun to splatter paint all over.

Steps to complete this page:
Starting with a 12x12 piece of aquamarine cardstock, ink the edges with a black ink pad, blending it in to the center.
Take white and black paint. Mix 1 part paint with 2 parts water, so that it's not so thick. Using an old paintbrush (cheap plastic kids ones work the best). Splatter the paint on a well protected table (it WILL go everywhere).
Cute two photo mats, 3x3 and adhere pictures to them. This is my son's senior picture and a picture I took of my daughter the same day.
Add gray rhinestone flourish. (I cut mine and rearranged it to go the direction I wanted.) That is what is so great about these flourishes, they can be manipulated slightly if they exactly what you need. You can also change the color of them if need be.

Cut title out with an electronic die cutter and glue in place.

This layout turned out to be pretty easy. It went together fairly quickly. The most time consuming part was waiting for the paint to dry.

I hope you enjoyed my layout. I cant to try next month's challenge.
