Vintage Style Double Page Layout
Hi everyone. Long time no post. I know, I am trying but it's life. Doing too many things and there isn't enough time in the day.
I was asked to make a scrapbook for my husband's grandmother's 80th birthday.
The scrapbook will include all of the family members.
So I started making pages, to move the process along, I don't have pictures from everyone yet, that is turning out to be the hardest part.
So of course I turned to MME to make these pages. I love their papers and everything they have. I wish the stores around me would carry more then just the papers. All their embellishments are so pretty.
This is the Lost & Found Two Collection of papers.
This has to be my favorite line ever.
I love the color scheme of these papers. They work really well together. You can mix and match all day long.
This layout has enough room for three 4x6 photos.
The embellishments were done on the simple side so that the photos can take center stage.
For this book I am printing the photos out with two being black and white and one color. I think it looks good that way and then you don't have clashing colors either from one picture to the next.
The papers as I said are MME.
The wooden heart is Studio Calico.
The flowers are Prima.
I used a Martha Stewart punch for the two borders.
And the stamps I used were out of the $1 bin at Michael's.
I hope you enjoyed my layout.
Thank you for visiting my blog.
Have an amazing day.
